Did you notice that on last night's episode they mentioned that David Palmer's body would be flown back to Washington DC at 7am?
That's no coincidence!
This season will end with Palmer's body being loaded onto Air Force One and he'll get the silent clock treatment then as tribute.
I think Fox will actually try new ideas and takes some risk. Sometimes it works out great and sometimes they have spectacular failures. Still I think it is a better strategy than what the other networks try.
Last night's show was weak. The part with Henderson automatically going into the nondescript hanger to capture Audrey was lame. How would he know she was in there? Come on. Plus they make it seem like Jack didn't make a copy of Logan's conversation. That's also stupid if it in fact turns out to be the case. Then Sec Heller had a typed resignation on the desk for Logan to sign, but then the VP showed up and Logan got that phone call, the tables turned too easily! Why wouldn't Heller show the VP the resignation paper for the VP to wonder about? It's already typed up!
The VP was in Robocop as well! Someone showed some screens of him on another site. He looked a little different, but it's him. Ray Wise is the name. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0936403
OK folks, Jack Bauer has yet to kill anyone lately, but, because of the President’s speech Monday night I did miss the last 20 minutes. So, can someone fill me in on what happened, and if Jack did indeed kill anyone?
The last three episodes saw Jack kill 7 guys including RoboCop Peter Weller to give him a grand total of 39 in 24 hours. That works out to be a solid 1.625 per hour ratio.
All in all, not a bad season. I saw the ending coming, but at least now it looks like next year might bring something a little different.
Yeah, I missed the killing of Henderson. Fuck! I didn't know last nights series finale started at 8 pm. I turned it out right when Logan was bitch-slapping his wife in CA before his flight in the helicopter.
I must say, it was the best season so far. I thought last year's kinda sucked. What was the year when Jack was addicted to heroin? That kinda sucked too.
I'm confused.
